Liensale

“Liensale” is a sale of a vehicle by a third party who has a lien on the vehicle, such as a creditor or a repair shop that has performed repairs on the vehicle. The “liensale” allows the third party to sell the vehicle to recover outstanding costs that the previous owner did not pay. Liensale requires written notice to the registered owner of the vehicle and the original creditor (if any) informing them of the intention to make the sale. We can provide you with more information about the requirements and process for carrying out a liensale. However, we only register a car from Lien and do not transfer it, it needs to be done by an authorized company.
